Day 01: Arrival Srinagar - Sonmarg

On Day 1, you will meet our representative who will take you to Sonmarg through a route of 3 hours. Check into the hotel. After relaxing, enjoy the natural surroundings and stay overnight at the hotel after a delicious dinner.

Day 02: Sonmarg – Neelgrath – Srinagar

Kickstart your second day with a healthy breakfast post, which we will drive to Neelgrath Helipad. Here, you will be boarded to Panchtarni. From Panchtarini, you will trek around 5-6 km to Amarnath Cave. With the divine darshan of Mahadev at Amarnath Cave, you may return to Panchtarni and then board a chopper to reach Neelgrath. From here, we can return to Srinagar and rest overnight.

Day 03: Srinagar Local Sightseeing / Gulmarg

Day 03 will be dedicated to local sightseeing, including the famous Mughal Gardens: Chashma Shahi, Shalimar Garden, and Nishat Bagh. The evening will end at your hotel with a delicious dinner and overnight stay.

Day 04: Departure

On day 04, have a healthy breakfast and get ready for checkout and other formalities. Our team will drop you off at the Srinagar Airport for your journey home.

Important Information:

Helicopter Cancellations:

• The company will not be liable for any financial loss incurred by the passengers if the helicopter does not operate due to bad weather, technical issues, or unforeseen reasons.
• If the helicopter is unavailable, passengers may be able to travel the next day. In such cases, a Rs. 1000 charge will apply for vehicle retention for an extra night, and passengers will also be responsible for their hotel accommodation. If the helicopter journey cannot be completed, passengers are entitled to a full refund of the airfare, subject to the operator's terms and conditions.

Helicopter Terms & Conditions:

The helicopter journey is subject to the terms and conditions of the helicopter ticket. Please read them carefully.

Valid Photo IDs:

Valid Passport, Driving License, Election Card, PAN card, Govt./PSU-issued Photo ID, School Photo ID.

For Ladies: Sarees are not suitable for the yatra. Salwar Kameez, pants, shirts, or tracksuits are recommended. Pregnant women over six weeks will not be allowed on the pilgrimage.

Remarks:

• Trek Details: The trek to Panjtarni-Holy Cave and back takes approximately 4-5 hours by walk or 1 hour by Pony/palki. Darshan takes at least 1-2 hours. If passengers reach Panjtarni after 11 AM, they may be unable to take the return flight the same day and must stay at Panjtarni at their own cost. Pickup will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Weight Limitations: The average adult passenger weight is approximately 75kg. The helicopter service may refuse or alter the booking for overweight passengers and charge an additional amount. Only 5 kg of hand baggage per adult is allowed.
• Recommended Package: We recommend booking a 03 Nights & 04 Days package. If weather conditions delay your return from Panjtarni, you will have more flexibility when catching the return flight.
• Flight Booking Suggestions: If booking a 02 Nights / 03 Days package, we suggest booking your return flight on the fourth day to accommodate possible delays.
• Group Departure: Vehicles are shared. For 06-07 people, a non-AC Tata Sumo will be provided for 08-13 people, and a non-AC Tata Winger will be used. Assembling time at Srinagar Airport is around 04-05 PM on the day of the Amarnath Yatra.
• Vehicle Availability: Group departure vehicles are only available until 06:00 PM on Day 02. The passenger is responsible for any delays or issues regarding transfers.

Guest Details:

At the time of booking, provide the following details:

• Full name and gender of all passengers
• Complete address and phone number of all families
• ID card details (and number) for the passenger in whose name the booking is made

Helicopter Fare Changes:

Helicopter fares are subject to change. The passenger must pay any changes due to natural calamities or other factors during travel.

Cancellation Policy:

• 75% of the package cost will be charged after the confirmation and issuance of hotel vouchers.
• 100% cancellation 40 days before the travel date.

Other Important Notes:

• Accommodation & Availability: Accommodation and helicopter fares are subject to availability when booking. Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Hotel Reviews: You must always review the hotel details and reviews before booking. We will arrange another hotel if the assigned hotel doesn't fulfil the requirements. However, sudden updates won't be entertained.  
• ID Proof: Always bring valid ID proof to verify hotel check-ins and entry gates.
• Extra Adult Charges: For extra adults (12 years and older), an additional bed will be provided (where possible). Many hotels only offer an extra mattress or roll-out bed. Rooms may not have lift facilities, and guests with mobility issues should inform us when booking so that we can arrange rooms on lower floors.

About Transport:

• Driver/Executive at Srinagar Airport: Your assigned driver will greet you at the exit gate with a PLA card displaying your name.
• Vehicle Types: The proposal includes the basic vehicle (non-A/C Tata Sumo/Indica). Please request this before your travel date if you'd like to upgrade to a Tavera/Innova Car or an A/C version. No vehicle changes will be considered during the trip.
• Car Parking in Kashmir: There is limited parking space in Kashmir. Guests may need to wait in the lobby for their vehicle to start the sightseeing or transfers.
• Guest Behavior: We request that guests remain patient with drivers, as they may not be well-versed in tourism and come from remote areas.
• Belongings: Please ensure you do not leave belongings in the vehicle, as retrieving lost items is unlikely.
• Vehicle Sharing: The following vehicle capacities apply:
  • Innova/Tavera/Sumo: 6 people (including children)
  • Tata Winger: 8-12 people
  • Additional vehicles may be needed at an extra cost if the number of travellers exceeds the vehicle capacity.
