Best Time to Visit Char Dham Yatra from Vadodara
The best time to visit Char Dham Yatra from Vadodara is from May to June. In mid-April or May, on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya, all four shrines of the Char Dham Yatra open. Due to the favorable weather conditions, pilgrims choose this time for the Yatra. So, it is the peak season, and the places might be overcrowded. Due to this, the charges for hotels may escalate or sell out soon.
Post-monsoon, from September to October, is also the best time for the Char Dham Yatra. These months have pleasant weather with warmer days and colder nights. However, you face fewer crowds, which makes it easy to access temples and have darshan. You peacefully enjoy your trip.
Always avoid visiting the region in the monsoon season from July to August, as it receives heavy rainfall, which causes landslides and roadblocks.
