1. Cancellation Policy
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues, we will offer:
Full refund or
Alternative travel dates/packages based on availability.
2. No-Show Policy:
If the pilgrim fails to join the tour without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 Business days..
Transaction fees, bank charges, or processing fees (if applicable) will be deducted.
4. Technical Issues in Payment:
If payment is deducted from your account but does not reflect in our system due to a technical error, and the payment gateway confirms the settlement, the amount will be manually processed. This may take 7-10 working days to reflect in our account.
Once received, we will process the refund or adjust the payment accordingly.
5. Multiple Payments Case:
If multiple payments are made for the same booking and verified by the payment gateway, we will initiate a refund for the extra payment after confirmation from our bank.
6. Other Payment Discrepancies:
If there is any discrepancy in the payment, please contact our support team immediately. The final decision will be made by Ramayani Darshan Yatra’s management.
7. Online Payment Terms & Conditions
Using our online payment facility means you accept these terms and conditions.
Payments will typically reach our account within two working days. We are not liable for any delays in processing.
We cannot accept responsibility if payments are recorded incorrectly due to inaccurate details provided by the payer.
If your bank or card provider declined payment, we are not responsible for notifying you. You should check with your bank or card provider.
8. Important Notes
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Booking modifications and cancellations are subject to management discretion.
Pilgrims must provide valid ID proof before the journey.
Seva or Pooja bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance.
Service charges, taxes, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
9. Return Policy for Damaged Spiritual Products
At Ramayani Darshan Yatra, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality spiritual products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a replacement for the same product.
-Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
-Returns will only be accepted for unused products in their original packaging.
-No refunds will be issued; only replacements will be provided, subject to product availability.
-If the product is damaged and defective you can initiate the return within 2 days.
-Replacement will be initiated within 5-7 Business days.
In case of any disputes, the decision of Ramayani Darshan Yatra’s management shall be final.
