Allotted time slot can be cancelled or changed on account of restrictions imposed by local administration, shrine regulatory or associated bodies.
Booked times slots cannot be changed due to late arrival of trains, buses, flights and cannot be changed or swapped.
Personal safety and belongings are exclusive duties of the customers.
Facilitation fees/ professional fees charged by Ramayani Darshan Yatra is non- refundable .
Medical exigencies are to be handled by the customer as we do not have an office/ personal at sites to take care.
